Acceptable Use Policy for WalliCards

WalliCards provides digital wallet pass management services, enabling businesses to create and manage digital member/customer cards. We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us. In this policy, "Personal Information" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including details about how you interact with our Services (such as your name, email address, device information, and IP address).

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is designed to inform you about our information practices, the types of information we may collect, how we use and share that information, and how you can manage your information. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use WalliCards Services:

1.1. For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
1.2. To violate the legal rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws or regulations.
1.3. To distribute malicious software, including viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful code.
1.4. To interfere with or disrupt our Services, servers, or networks connected to our Services.
1.5. To attempt unauthorized access to any part of our Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our Services.
1.6. To engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services.
1.7. To send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements.

2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use WalliCards Services to create, upload, transmit, or store any content that:
2.1. Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
2.2. Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
2.3. Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
2.4. Contains sensitive personal information without proper authorization.
2.5. Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
2.6. Promotes illegal activities or contains information or instructions about illegal activities.

3. Prohibited Products and Services
WalliCards Services may not be used in connection with the following products or services:
3.1. Adult products and services, including pornography or sexually explicit material.
3.2. Products or services that exploit or endanger children.
3.3. Counterfeit, illegal, or stolen goods.
3.4. Unauthorized sale of copyrighted material.
3.5. Weapons, explosives, or other dangerous goods.
3.6. Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
3.7. Financial services without proper licensing or regulatory approval.
3.8. Gambling services, except where explicitly permitted by law and with our prior approval.
3.9. Healthcare services without proper licensing or certifications.
3.10. Products or services that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
3.11. Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping products.

4. Sensitive Data
You agree not to use WalliCards Services to process or store sensitive personal data without our explicit permission. This includes:
4.1. Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or trade union membership.
4.2. Genetic or biometric data for identifying individuals.
4.3. Health data or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation.
4.4. Financial account information or government-issued identification numbers.

5. Compliance and Enforcement
5.1. WalliCards reserves the right to investigate any violation of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.
5.2. We may disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5.3. WalliCards is not obligated to monitor the use of its Services or to review or edit any content, but we reserve the right to do so.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to wallicards.aup@miratodev.com

By using WalliCards Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy.
